- For different services or promotions, please book separately. (Example: 2 Foot massages can be booked in one booking, but if you want to add a Thai massage you will have to add another booking after.
- Please let us know if you need any special assistance arrival or any special request 24 hours before the booking.

Booking Policy for C and R Thai Massage
1. Booking Process:
- Clients can book appointments via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
- Appointments are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- To avoid being charged, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Late Arrivals:
- We strive to provide every client with their full appointment time. However, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
- If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of service for all clients.
4. No-show Policy:
- A “no-show” occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
- Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without notifying us may be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of the missed session.
- Repeat offenders may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.
5. Payment Policy:
- Payment is due to reserve an appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other accepted payment methods.
- For online bookings, clients may be required to provide valid credit card information to secure their appointment.
